2011 Spring to Fall – Apr. 15 to Dec. 14

$1400 per week (7 days) based on 2 adults sharing. $350 extra per week per additional person. $200 extra per night after one week.

2011 Winter – Dec. 15 to Apr. 14

$1950 per week (7 days) based on 2 adults sharing. $500 extra per week per addtional person. $250 extra per night after one week.

Children 0-12 are free regardless of the season. Payment Methods.

Booking Terms and Conditions

We require a $700 deposit (per week rented) due at the time of booking, with the balance due 21 days prior to travel. All rates are subject to a 7% BVI government tax.

Deposits are non-refundable.

However, in the event that we are able to fill the dates in question, we will do our best to provide a refund, minus any associated costs incurred.
